Una semana tranquila.

Last week was very quiet, I spent most of the time at home. I started with the massage therapy for my thesis, there are only 3 more left, wich makes me very happy!

So I was dedicated to search some natural alternatives for skin care, hair care, etc... and I found some good stuff that I will try, for ex. I found out that the Olive Oil besides of it's nutriotional benefits also it's good for hair because it nourishes our hair and helps to keep the tips healthy.

Today I will start to use the olive oil, we must apply it on the tips or from you feel the dryness, but not on the roots hair because It'd be to heavy and it's already enough with the natural oils that we have on the saclp, after this you will leave the oil act all night long, in the morning you can wash it as ussual. Ok, so I will let you know how was it and if it really works.

La semana pasada fue muy tranquila, la mayor parte la pase en mi casa. Ya comenze con los masages para mi tesis, ya solo me faltaran 3 lo cual que me hace muy feliz!

 Asi que me dedique a buscar algunas alternativas naturales para cuidar mi piel, el cabello, etc... y encontre varias cosas, que voy a probar, por ejemplo encontre que el aceite de olivo aparte de tener beneficios nutricionales tambien es bueno para el cabello, ya que lo nutre y ayuda a mantener las puntas sanas.

Hoy empezare a usar el aceite de olivo, se aplica en las puntas o a partir de donde se siente mas seco, pero no en las raices ya que seria muy pesado y ya es suficiente con los aceites naturales que tenemos en el cuero cabelludo, se deja actuar toda la noche y en la mañana se lava el cabello normalmente. Pues ya les contare como fue y si me funciono.

Weekend

Este fin de semana fue algo aburrido la verdad, me dormia tarde y me despertaba tarde, a veces en las noches queria ver alguna buena pelicula pero no encontre ninguna, habiendo tantos canales !! Pero bueno...

El sabado sali a comer con una amiga, que por cierto es la persona con la que mas paso tiempo aqui en GDL; el caso es que aun despues de mas de un mes sin vernos la platica fue practicamente sobre lo mismo, su familia, su novio y de cuan estresada esta.
Ese mismo dia fui al mall y me tope con Zara =P y habia ofertas ! ok no me pude resistir y entre, ya estaba casi todo muy escogido quedaba la ropa menos bonita, pero me encontre con un vestido muy lindo (a mi gusto) y por un super precio! despues de medirmelo me convenci de comprarlo.

This weekend was kind of boring, I was sleeping late and waking up late, sometimes at night I wanted to watch a good movie bt couldn't find anything good on the tv, even though there are so many channels!!! whatever...

On saturday I had lunch with a friend, by the way she is the person which I spend more time with, here in Guadalajara; the point is that even we didn't meet for more than a month our talk was about the same of always, her family, her boyfriend and how she is so stressed. This day I also went to the mall and I bumped into Zara =P and there were sales! ok I couldn't resist and got in there, most of the clothes letf were not so pretty but after searching for a short time I found a very nice dress (for my taste) and for a very good price! After I tried it on I was convinced of buying it.

This is the dress, it's light pink color, for like $19 dll.

      Hello everyone, my name is Valeria, I'm student and I live in Guadalajara which is the socond biggest city in Mexico.

Well I'm blogging because since long time ago I was thinking on share some of the things I like or I do in my daily life, but I didn't know how to start, just now I realized that there is not a special way for posting or anything, just start writing and let things come up.

Here I'll write in English and Spanish, there is people from other countries in this blogs, which might bump into this blog, besides this helps me to improve my english grammar LOL, so please excuse my mistakes.

 



     Hola a todos, mi nombre es Valeria, soy estudiante y vivo en Guadalajara que es la segunda ciudad mas

  grande de Mexico.

Estoy empezando a postear por que desde hace mucho tiempo estaba pensando en compartit algunas de las cosas que me gustan o que hago en mi vida diara, pero no sabia como empezar, hasta ahora que me di cuenta que no hay una forma especial para postear, escribir o lo que sea, solo empezar a escribir y dejar que todo surga.

Aqui escribire tanto en Español como en Ingles, porque hay personas de otros continentes en estos blogs las cuales a lo mejor se topan con este blog, ademas que me ayuda a mejorar mi Ingles, =P asi que porfavor no disculpen mis errores al escribir.
